    not been activated or used. Partial refunds for partially used subscriptions are not
    available.
  • Processing Time:  Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the
    withdrawal request has been approved. 

Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or Activated Products: Products that have been used, activated, or
    downloaded are not eligible for refunds.
  • Promotional Items:  Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are not
    eligible for refunds.
